Not fully about homebrewing, but Beer Advocate is an excellent magazine/website about craft beer. They do have recipes and numerous interviews with craft brewers.
yeah, im very familiar with the website, its a great resource :)

i had food & wine as well as bon apetite free for a while...but i didnt try to get them again, i havent been cooking as much lately since ive been juggling work and classes, oh well

Popular Science. I used to do MaximumPC until I got tired of the MaximumBS. My attempts at convincing the editor that he didn't know jack about computers were unsuccessful.

I subscribe to the New Yorker. Ads are quite limited--they are the classic single-column format. for $50/year, 46-47 issues, and 80% content, it's a great subscription.

Economist also has a good content/add ratio, but two weeklies is just too much for me to keep up with. Plus, Economist articles aren't that engaging to me. :\
