Solstice by far for interior and exterior. The Solstice reminds me of a mini Jag E-Type from some angles.

The interior in both cars are fine. Exterior wise, the Sky is much better looking.

Based on appearance, Sky, absolutely. Too bad Pontiac had to follow their traditional look for the Solstice exterior, because it looks very inelegant.
