Which Laptops have upgradable GPUs?

I've seen some that do, but it seems kinda hard to find out about.

He was referring to Video, not CPU.

Most of the Inspiron line do. As do some compaqs and potentially some toshibas. I *think* IBM also.

I seem to be having a hell of a time finding 1) Pentium-M processors 2) Mobile Video card upgrades

Well, you've got two options. The laptop manufacturer's spare parts division or eBay. Keep in mind a video card for one brand will not work in another brand. All their interfaces are completely different.
