which laptop: Dell 4100 or Compaq 2700?

the 2700 has well a cheaper video card (albiet with more memory). its like 2.5 pounds heavier. among other things. i dont even know if its cheaper. this is well a no brainer. even though i dont really like dell all that much, this si still definitely a dell choice. the only thing the compaq has going for it is that the dell is ugly
