...does your body break down the slowest? the reason i ask is because i've been eating so much this past winter break. in 1-2 hours time i start to get really hungry i also wake up really hungry too, i want this types of things to stop so i just figure i'll fill myself up with something that is broken down in the body at a slower rate, but if this idea is a totally stupid idea, can anyone suggest something? this is very irritating....
