...does your body break down the slowest? the reason i ask is because i've been eating so much this past winter break. in 1-2 hours time i start to get really hungry i also wake up really hungry too, i want this types of things to stop so i just figure i'll fill myself up with something that is broken down in the body at a slower rate, but if this idea is a totally stupid idea, can anyone suggest something? this is very irritating....

whole grains and protein. so make a meat sandwich with some cheese on brown bread and that oughta help.

you're eating too many processed carbs/sugars.

Styrofoam. It won't be digested by your stomach acid, ever, and it's so light that it will float and not get passed, ever. You might never be hungry again, ever. Hey, could all those sea turtles be wrong?

Fat... and the great thing about it is that it slows down the absorbation of other nutriens that are eaten at that time as well...

Try to get some carbs, some protein and some fat with every meal... it will keep your bloodsugar steady and you will not get as hungry...

Higly processed carbs are also a problem, things like white bread, rice cakes, many types of cereal will make your bloodsugar go up, but it will also make the bloodsugar go down fast, and even lower than before the meal... that's why it feels like you could eat rice cakes until you starve to death...

So stay away from highly processed carbs and fat-free or light products...
