Which ISP's are banned?

I did a search, and could not find the list that Anand had posted...can someone provide the link?

I think AOL is the only ISP that has been banned. However, there are numerous email addresses that have been banned (99% of which are freemail).

FFMCobalt, because any jackass can register a new freemail address in a matter of minutes, and then use that to re-register here.

Good job, Captain Obvious. But who cares? If I'm using Teleport, which I used to, I had multiple email addresses available to me. AOHell is obviously gone. But I can use an email address available from (er... I lettin' the mods know just yet) and still do the same thing.

That might be true, Commander Dipshit, but it does stop the less determined trolls. Not everyone has access to multiple email addresses, or the brain power to locate freemail domains not yet banned.
