Both are nasty, however beer is much worse because it takes a lot more of it to get ripped enough so you can't tell anymore!

Edit: Poll needs an option for cheap wine which may well be the nastiest of all!

cheap wine from the grocery store (4 bucks a bottle) isn't that bad, but added.

I was thinking more along the lines of Thunderbird! ! 😛

Cheap beer is not that bad. I actually like PBR, but don't like what happens in the morning after drinking it. Butt piss FTL.

PBR is the best cheap Beer :beer:

I have yet to experience this "Butt piss". If anything it comes out the other end come morning 😉

Someone's a beer snob. :Q If Busch Light is your best example of cheap nasty beer, then you just haven't experienced life yet... 😉

I disagree. Both Busch and Busch Light suck majorly. They are in the first rank of suckage, in fact, imho.

Cheap beer is the worst because:

If I could afford cheap wine or liquor, I'd just use the money on good beer. If I can't even afford a decent beer... well may as well not drink at all. 😉

Cheap wine. The cheaper you buy and drink, the worse your hangover the next day is. At least with cheap liquor you can mix it with a strong mixer and with beer you drink a few and you forget how bad it tastes.

Cheap wine, easily. Tastes terrible and doesn't get you drunk that fast.

Doesn't get you drunk that fast? What exactly is different about a cheap wine that doesn't get you drunk as fast? Are the alcohol molecules somehow different?

Busch is the working man's beer. Elitists from Pennsylvania just wouldn't understand. 😉 Back at my college, Nati Light & Icehouse were the popular cheap kegs - I would have killed for a Busch. And if you've never had the pleasure of Steel Reserve, or generic beer... And I can't remember what it was called, there was a malt beverage that was so crappy, and it came in a variety of fluorescent colors - it came in pink and blue and green and etc. I'd have to really think about that one to remember it's name.

i don't mind cheap beer, cheap liquor is good for mixing...and cheap wine just gives me killer headaches.

was that the stuff that came in those tiny bottles that looked like nail polish?

cheap wine is terrible, but most people don't even bother with it.

I see cheap beer at parties and such all the time and it's pretty horrid.

cheap liquor is fine for mixing.

Cheap Beer is disgusting. Cheap liquor can at least be mixed to mask the taste.

Cheap wine is meh, better than cheap beer (you can at least stomach it), but I think I'd stick to cheap liquor if I had the choice between the three.

cheap beer is the worst easy, you can get halfway decent cheap wine from Bevmo and Albertson's branded Vodka tastes damn close to the more expensive "premium"

i wish i could get liquor at the grocery store. stupid oregon state laws...

Bad wine = worst.
Bad beer = do not want.
Bad liquor = terrible.

Now I consider a 375mL bottle of Evan Williams 1785 bourbon whiskey to be fairly inexpensive, but it's not bad. Much better than cheap vodkas, which are terrible (never bought, but tried a sip of someone else's that was run through a Brita filter. It tasted terrible, but was probably fine for the people mixing drinks.)

Cheap beer goes down easily enough, natural light is pretty much water anyway. Cheap liquor like rum or vodka can be mixed with soda or juice to make it more drinkable, but bad wine is the winner in my book, terrible tasting and you can't change that!

You will never have a worse hangover then you will have from cheap wine. Cheap beer just tastes like water, and cheap liquor can be drowned out with mixers.

Tilt? If that's what you're talking about, I've seen far worse.

Steel Reserve is one of the foulest things I've ever tasted. My cheap ass friend once bought a 12-pack of Steel Reserve (everyone warned him not to). He got through half of one before he decided to call it quits. He tried giving it away but no one would take it.

Cheap wine is definitely the worst. I recall when a few of my friends did a Tour de Franzia (one box to five people), they all finished and then promptly filled up all the stalls in the bathroom puking their guts out.

Most of ATOT couldn't answer this, as they don't buy anything but top shelf bullshit. Budweiser? Fucking garbage piss.

I don't think I've ever had a wine that I liked (although I admit it has been limited), so I'd go with cheap wine being the worst. Cheap beer isn't bad at all, unless you go with the strong and cheap stuff like Camo, Steel Reserve, etc. But PBR, High Life, Old Milwaukee, Natty, Icehouse, Keystone, all of them taste okay really. Well okay some aren't too good, like Beast, yes it's the cheapest of the cheap but I'd rather have spend a tad more for PBR or High Life. And actually High Life friggin' rocks, I pounded that shit like no other, just recently moved up to Yuengling because it's in this area and I can afford it, otherwise I'd be slugging High Life nightly still.
