Which is the most efficent method to cool your G3 ti-200?

I have a PNY Geforce3 ti-200 and 3dmark 2001 locks up when i get my core to around 230...
i was thinking of getting a Blorb to replace the stock heatsink...
any past experiences?
If anybody replaced their G3 ti-200 stock heatsinks with something else, please post. thanx

Who sells them? I haven't seen those before.
 
what is the best way to remove the stock heatsink on the PNY g3?
I'm having trouble trying to unplug the plastic pins...i tried to squeeze the pin with a set of pliers but to no avail. any inputs?
