Actually, I honestly didn't know, but I kind of had a hunch that they were directors. It was kind of a combination of being sarcastic and too lazy to look it up.

TBH, the only directors I can think of right now are Spielberg, Burton, and Fincher. I enjoy movies as much as the next guy, I just couldn't care less about directors.

See and I found that a director is a better thing to keep track of since they have a very unique style. I know Fincher movies so I'm always looking forward to his next one. Burton not so much but at least I know what I'm getting with him.
