Which will perform better?

AMD64 3400+/512KB Cache/1600MHz FSB/ Socket 754
or
AMD64 3400+/1MB Cache/800 MHz FSB/ Socket 754
or
AMD64 3300+/1MB Cache/800 MHz FSB/ Socket 754

I've been out of the loop for quite some time.

Personally, I would underclock and undervolt the Venice and stick it in a small rig of some sort. (Next project, but I think I'm going with a 3300+ 256k cache)
