Which is the better 754 processor?

Which will perform better?

AMD64 3400+/512KB Cache/1600MHz FSB/ Socket 754
or
AMD64 3400+/1MB Cache/800 MHz FSB/ Socket 754
or
AMD64 3300+/1MB Cache/800 MHz FSB/ Socket 754

I've been out of the loop for quite some time.

I'd go with the 3400+ 512k Venice and overclock the hell out of it.

Hah -- I was in the same position as the OP over the weekend, so I've done my homework.

Personally, I would underclock and undervolt the Venice and stick it in a small rig of some sort. (Next project, but I think I'm going with a 3300+ 256k cache)
