I have it down to either the LeadTek GeForce2 MX DH Pro (which has S-VHS out) or the Gainward Card EXpert GeForce2 MX twin view gold sample (which has 5.5ns RAM). If the LeadTek's RAM is 5.5ns or 5ns then the answer is probably the LeadTek, if it has slower RAM, then it's a toss up. I can't find any refernce to the LeadTek RAM speed, except that it is clocked at 175/350MHz as stated on their website and the Card Expert is clocked at 183MHz/ (but easily clocks to 210MHz). Anyone have any input?

Leadtek's GF2 MX board has 6ns SDRAM w/c is clk'd @ 166.

TV-out isn't that good on it w/c seems to be prevalent to all GF2 MX-based boards w/TV-out capability out there.

I would recommend an eVGA GF2 MX Twin-View Plus:

eVGA

It has standard VGA connector, S-video TV-out, and DVI connector to another monitor via DVI->monitor converter. This one has 6ns SDRAM @ 166 though I've heard some boards were equipped w/5.5ns SDRAM but (still) clk'd @ 166 w/c can be oc'd to 183.

If you intend to oc your current selection of TwinView cards, then either card choice is probably alright, though I've had no experience w/the Gainward board.

Thanks, do to your info I'm now in the delemma of getting the Leadtek or the eVGA. I would prefer the eVGA Pro if it comes with a dongle to convert the Digital out to VGA and they would do a little on the price of $189 (don't bother with MixPC at $169, this company is the worst you could deal with) over the Winfast DH Pro for around $139. Also heard that it comes with 6ns RAM or less, I want one with less (ie, 5.5ns) and no maybes.
