I use 21st Century. No problems so far and I do believe the contents of the car is insured up to $1000 if you have comprehensive. I bought extra additional equipment coverage for all of the mods I have.

USAA > *

But you got to be military service personnel or the dependent of one.

(I use USAA for auto and renter's insurance, checking and savings, some investing/Roth accounts, Platinum Mastercard.)

I have had good experiences with Liberty Mutual, but have heard that some people hate them. Rates probably not the cheapest, but not gouging either. Claims include 1 hit and run, and 1 two car collision (my wife was at fault) and 1 one car collision (currently in the shop - wife lost control on ice).

regardless of how good they are, they are going to bust your ass hard when they figure out you're trying to commit fraud on them.

Or married to a former dependent of one. I am now a member. Even if the colonel's daughter and I split up, I am still a member.

Before we got married, I was on Erie. I was very happy with them. I heard about them when I was hit by one of their customers and thety handled the claim wonderfully. They were also very price competitive with USAA, at least 5 years ago when I switched.

State Farm by far. Great company and very reasonable plans. Claims also work quite well, make sure to get $0 deductibles.

Not picking on you, but $0 deductible is a very poor financial move. You should buy insurance to cover the expenses you can't handle on your own, not so you have zero out-of-pocket cost in case of an incident. Look at the cost of $500 deductible, $250 deductible, and zero deductible, and you'll see that you could save enough pretty quickly to pay the deductible out of your own pocket and possibly avoid filing a claim altogether.

With the way insurance companies are today, they drop people all the time for filing claims. You don't want to get dropped someday and find out you have to pay a lot more for coverage somewhere else because you filed a $200 claim you could have paid for yourself.

American Family all the way. Best Prices, awesome agents. all aroiund great.

Stay far away from AllState. They have incompentent people working for them that don't know crap about cars insurance.

I use American National for for my car insurance. For me anyways I found their rates the lowest. I been with that company for a while now and I like them.
