How about not eating ice cream? Try some low-fat/low-sugar sherbert or yogurt as a daily snack.

I exercise regularly. But I'm trying to figure out if its better for me to pig out on ice cream once a week, or eat some everyday. My goal is to not get fat...

Well, I like brunettes, but my red-headed wife doesn't. So, if I want to stay married, I leave them alone.

True...but I'm not fat so I don't have to make sacrifices with my food (yet).

well lets say typical ice cream has 10g of fat and 20g of sugar. Both of these are probably on the low end, but good estimates, IMO.
40g of fat isn't TOO bad, but I'd be more worried about the 80g of sugar. That's a crapload and if you don't burn it off, then that's just gonna turn to fat.
In conclusion, healthier to just have a bit of ice cream daily rather than all at once. Though really, it's your body and your decision.
