I am going to build a new pc but I want to try something new. I was thinking about going with Western Digital VelociRaptor WD1500HLFS, 10,000 rpm Sata 300, 16 Mb cache. I currently run 2 WD Sata 300 7,200 rpm, 16 Mb cache in a raid 0.

What would be faster 2 WD 7,200 rpm, 16 Mb cache in raid 0 or 1 WD VelociRaptor 10,000 rpm, 16 Mb cache?
