Which is faster? Help!

OK, I have about a hundred bucks to spend on memory for my new motherboard. Any more and I will have to wait till next paycheck. I am deciding between the Kingston Hyper X pc3000 512mb, or something less expensive that I can run in dual channel mode. So I would be buying like two sticks of patriot or simpletech pc3200 256mb. I am not sure which would be better to use. My motherboard supports dual channel ddr, but the Hyper X is a better brand and probably better for overclocking. Which would be faster? Any advice would be appreciated, as I want to finish this thing up soon! Thanks!!

I'd go with the Kingston although it might help if you inform us of the MoBo you are planning to use it with, as Dual Channel DDR performance boost is minimal on the NForce2 MoBo's unless you have or are planning to use it's built in Graphics...either way I'd still opt for the HyperX Series between the 2 .

It is the AOpen AX4SPE-Max. I'm thinking I'll get the Hyper X, then buy another stick later when I have the $$$$.
