i'm deciding to buy a new computer on Sunday. and i need to know which mobo is better or good. so help me out guys. which one is better?

thx, how do u tell which chipsets are better? and also do u guys know what amd athlon xp processor i can get for around 90 in store not on line? i looked at frys online but they either only had amd 64 posted up or semprons. which i kinda dun liek semprons.
