what is the difference between bulk,oem,retail
 
Whichever's cheaper or latter if you want the software & what not included with it.

Retail = retail packaging w/ software, pretty box, cabling, etc. Basically what you'd get from a retail store.

Bulk & OEM = Just the item and maybe a driver cd but pretty much a bare package. Also usually comes with a shorter warranty period in contrast to retail.
