Which is better?

I'm going to build a new system soon, and I'm wondering which of these two RAM's would be better for my setup. I'll be going with an Athlon 64 3500+ and an Asus A8V Deluxe Wi-Fi Motherboard. Both can run in Dual Channel, but I think I remember reading somewhere (probably AnandTech) that OCZ worked well with the AMD Athlon 64's. So, which one will be better for my system? 1GB of Corsair XMS Extreme Speed Series DDR PC-3200 or 1GB of OCZ Performance Series DDR PC-3500. Or maybe even some OCZ Performance Series DDR PC-4200? I don't plan on overclocking at all, since this will be my first build, so which type of RAM will be most effective for my system right out of the box? Any advice you guys have would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

well the OCZ is obviously the FASTER memory, but it might not be needed (if you don't overclock) so with that in mind, make your decisions 😀

FYI, I think Corsair is a better brand.
