Asus card with new drivers HAS EAX 5 - using Vista 64 - use 5.1 headset (analog, NOT usb) - play COD 5 and COD 4 and Fry Cry 2 the most...

...more so being Vista 64 - am I better off with the Asus Xonar D2X?

what you guys think? what your thoughts on both, of course performance counts, however sound quality is tops to me...

My System if that matters is:

Intel i7 965
Asus Rampage II
12GB DDR3-1333MHz
Hitachi 1GB HDD
Asus DVD/RW
Trition 5.1 headset
GTX 280 plus 8800 GTS 512 for PhysX (if anything I ever play has it ever)
KillerNIC
Vista 64 Ultimate

in the end installed the X-Fi - mostly since it is native PCIe vs using bridge chip and since games i play - i do not even need to install all any sort of EAX software (vista 64).
