which is better nf3skt 754 or nf3skt939

hi,
have a dfi lanpartynf3250gb with a newcastle 3000+processor..was getting a real good deal on a winchester socket 939 3000+ processor and Gigabyte K8NS-Ultra motherboard.
was wondering which would be better..plz help

You could go with your s754 setup for a while but if you want to have the option to toss in a dual core A64 in your system when available, then you should go 939. But as of now I see no reason for you to change system right now.

Wait a month or two for prizes to drop and dual cores to come out

I agree...939 might be the so-called future but with ur current setup, u will barely see any if any at all in terms of performance improvements.
