Completely depends on the application, whether it relies more on latency or available physical memory.
Another thing to keep in mind is that it's not all that easy to hit 150 MHz, your CPU, motherboard, & PCI devices all have to be able to handle it.

Dunno. Going to the local computer show. Pricewatch has it cheapest for $30 per 256M stick of PC150. I am willing to shell out $40 per stick if it's a decent brand. Heck, if I find a decent brand for $40/256M I will buy a gig.
edit: Oh you mean how much for the Mushkin? I was kind of just kidding being I paid like $200 for it in January and I would be lucky to get $50 for it now
