Which is best?

Hi friends. I'd like to know something urgently. I have to run autocad and etabs in my pc but do not know which of these 2 graphic cards I'll tell you should I buy. They are the followings:
1. gigabyte 650 ti boost 2gb
2. gigabyte hd 7850 1gb
I know that you could suggest me something better than that but here in my country, peru, it is kind of difficult to get something like a firepro or a quadro. so please i'll be very pleased if you can tell me which of the 2 graphic cards i mentioned is the best for running autocad and etabs.

What will you be doing with Autocad - do you know for a fact that you don't need the improved precision offered by workstation cards (AMD FirePro, NVIDIA Quadro)?
Will you be using the newest Autocad (2013)?
What are the rest of your system's specs?
Where are you buying from?

I work with 2d design, mainly. but in some opportunities I'll have to work with 3d and rendering.

I work with autocad 2013 y 2014.

My pc's features is:
fx 8350
asus sabertooth 9990fx r2.0
8gb ram corsair blue
ssd kingston ssdnow 300v
