Planar PX171M Dell (Dead now, but I have an order in)
Envision EN-7100 Amazon
Smart Modular Pyxscape Bestbuy
Kogi GVision L7EH Compusa

which one should I get?

Avoid the Kogi's like the plague. The ones they have at Best Buy have a horrible picture. They are very dim and the color are too dark.

Yes, it's down. They either are having some difficulties or decided that the best time to do some system maintainence is right smack in the middle of a Saturday Afternoon when a lot of people are using it. Doh!

I too have an order for the Planar and hope it comes thru-for my son's sake. I think Planar is the best of the 4 LCD's-the Kogi and Envision seem to be entry level. Never heard of Smart Modular. The Planar has a response rate of 16ms which is fast enough for gaming and has a DVI input, to boot.
I currently use a 19" Planar and love it.
