Which is a better TV Tuner? AverMedia vs. Leadtek

My friend is deciding which card he should buy..they both are about the same price. Should he go with the http://www.avermedia.com/products/tvstudio01.html or the http://www.leadtek.com/mmedia/tv2000xp/tv2000xp.htm

They are both very good from what I have heard. I have the Avermedia TV Studio and it functions perfectly under XP. I use it to watch TV, Record TV w/time shifting, and capture analog video streams. Works great. The software is decent, but I prefer to use Windows Movie Maker for capturing video and Power VCR for TV and recording TV.

Also - you should change the title of this thread to Which is a better TV Tuner. These are not "Video Cards".
