i am moving to austin and thus getting new ISP for my self. i need some advice cuz i have no experience with ISPs.

which ones do you guys think are the best. i am not looking to spend tom much (30-40 around that max) and i would like broadband instead of dial up.

whats the opinion about earth link. there 5Mbps connection is 29.95 for 6 months and 42 after that.
