Which i815? CUSL2 or MSI i815 Pro?

I'm looking to get an i815 mobo, but am unsure which.

The main choices are the MSI i815 Pro or the Asus CUSL2. I am leaning towards the MSI because I have heard about several problems with the Asus. However there really isn't much info on the MSI either.

My main problem with the ASUS, is that bus speeds over 140Mhz drop AGP to 2x mode. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Can anyone confirm that the MSI doesn't do this?

Also ASUS has the cold boot issue when an OC requires raised voltage to post. But I also heard that MSI has a problem raising voltage with newer BIOS releases.

Well, what do the people that own these boards have to say? Which shall it be?

Any input would be appreciated.

I heard the MSI was a better board but I got a CUSL2 anyway - MSI couldn't get locally.

CUSL2
P3 733 (5.5x133)
PC 133 Crucial
3D Prophet GeForce
Intel Management Pro/100 NIC
SB Live!
Maxtor HD

Clean install of Win98SE, install INF file off CD and everything works sooooooo well...

I stop buying generic memory, only buy crucial. I have 1GB crucial in my BX6R2. Always quality parts.
