AVC Sunflower or Retail heatsink from Intel? If you have tried both let me know. I read reviews, but I want to hear from people here since most here are smart.

The Sunflower with the copper core looks to be a good upgrade to the Intel cooler; the all aluminum version doesn't perform as well as the stock intel HS/F according to this article (which includes both the coper cored and all alluminum versions). The copper cored version also does well in this short review.
