which high speed internet?

Okay, I've moved out, and all utilities are on that I need except digital internet. Here's the issue.. if I get digital cable internet I HAVE to get cable tv, if I get dsl I HAVE to get a phone line. I don't need a phone line or cable.


What to do?
 
I had a cable modem without cable TV. Of course that caused all kinds of problems with stupid techs thinking I'm stealing cable and cutting me off... But they're willing to sell it... Just like $10 more a month.
