I'd go for the WD over the Samsung. Samsung's are made to be low cost drives that are cheap. Though I'd go for a Seagate before either of those two.

I'd go for the General Hardware Forum Over the Off Topic Forum. Their both free, but General Hardware Forum is more likely to get you a proper response. Though, I'd go for Hot Deals before either of those two.
