Which has better performance?

My friend and I are having an argument about which computer has better performance. His specs are

Which computer would have better overall general performance?

Better performance in gaming? If so, it would be the one with the 9800 Pro, as long as the CPU is good enough to not be a bottleneck (ask what kind of P4 he has). Gaming generally relies a lot more on the video card for performance.

We'll need to know what P4 he has to determine differences in other things.
