Western Digital 74 gig raptor: price 177 (I know there is a rebate but i can't order it yet.)

or

the seagate 7200.8 w/ 16mb buffer and NCQ and 200GB storage space, I can't find a price on it but should be cheaper if anything.

Going in a system mainly for gaming so only two major considerations, if the Raptor comes out with NCQ I will definitely get it, but if not I am leaning towards the seagate.

What I am wondering aside from which you think I should get is if you think games will start supporting NCQ, because if so the seagate could prove to be substantially faster than the raptor.

Well I would obviously have a board to take advantage of the NCQ or this would be a pointless question, I'll be getting a nforce 4 soon :)

If you're looking to build a quieter PC, the Seagate drive is much more likely to be quieter.
