Which GTX 285 to get? HELP PLZ

Hi, I am settled on a 285. What I am not settled on is which one to get? I guess I am stuck between the BFG 285 OCE and the MSI 285 SuperPipe edition. The MSI looks like it will do far better job at cooling and yeild better overclock, but someone said somthing about the air staying inside the case. I don't know if that is an issue. The only other thing that makes the MSI not a clear choice is because im almost certain BFG provides better warranty support and all around experience. Can anyone enlighten me on which one to buy? I am looking to buy this in the next hour or two so any quick replys are appreciated. Both cards are on ebay for about 330$ shipped.
 
If you're getting it on ebay don't worry about the better company/warranty because neither one of them will honor their warranty on stuff from ebay. Maybe look for an XFX from a seller who will set you up with the XFX Double Lifetime warranty (the previous owner has to transfer the card to you for the Double Lifetime warranty to be valid).
