which graphics card would be better overall?

yes ,a 500 watt was recommended to me,but that was for a 7770 card.
If i'm going for a 7750,then i don't think i need to spend more..!! :$

what do you think ?

If on a very strict budget grab a Corsair cx 430 and 7750.
