which grad course would you choose out of these 2?

I'm starting graduate school in the fall as an MSEE. We get to pick two classes. One of my classes is Optics, which other class out of these two would you choose?

FYI I have taken stochastics as an undergrad, but not a complex variables course. What would you do? Please vote!

Complex variables and diff eq...just because that stuff came pretty easy to me (But I'm in no hurry to ever take it again)

at my school, complex variables was a 3rd year course, while stochastic processes was a grad level course. I didn't have much problem with the complex variables, but a lot of people did.
