So....Neverwinter Nights 2 Platinum or two Call Of Duty games ?

Hmm, I've never played any of the Neverwinter Nights games, so yeah I'd pick Neverwinter Nights.

Neverwinter Nights 2 was pretty good once they added 6 months worth of patches, and Mask of the Betrayer was a good story-based campaign too. I haven't played Zehir yet but it's supposed to be more of a hack-n-slash like Icewind Dale.

Also, there are user-created mods / campaigns for it just like with Neverwinter 1, though not as many.

i'd go NWN, but that is partly as I have not played it and that I dislike the COD series.

personally, overall, I would look at something else all together if it was my $20.

CoD4 and WaW are from back when CoD didn't suck balls, so I vote those. WaW was underrated. It's short, but lots of fun.

They're completely different genres. What sort of game do you want to play? FPS or RPG?

Totally differnent; I picked up call of duty a month ago on some sale and it was really well done but very short. nwn-2 has hours of play (plus user made campaign) but really depends on if you want 80+ hours of rpg or 10 hours of blowing things up.

COD4 is a great game. Awesome singleplayer campaign although short. World at War was also very well done campaign. And you get Keifer Sutherland screaming at you half the time which is cool.

I don't know how active COD4 multi is, but it was quite active a year or two ago. I'd imagine there's still enough playing, as quite a few "hardcore" have stuck with that instead of MW2 or BO.

NWN2 was a huge disappointment for me, but I detest modern shooters, and eventually it can be entertaining blasting orcs with fireballs, so.........
