DVD Player software came bundled with my Cardexpert GeForce3.
However, as an experiment I attemped to open a DVD with Windows Media Player and it automatically downloaded what it needed and now plays DVDs.

Media Plyaer is smart like that - if you have a licenced DVD playing program on your PC - you cal also play DVDs from withing Media Player. But if you don't -- you need to poke around various sites to find files that will allow you to do that...
