I have taken the advice from this post and I am going to abandon my Chrome orb. What is the best and least noisy HSF for a KT7A RAID and a 1GHZ TBird? and where do I get it?
 
get a taisol CGK742092 for quietness. I don't know where u can get them though. Maybe someone else could help u on that.
 
You can get the taisol heatsink at kdcomputers.com for a good price and if it doesn't cool good enough for you I adapted a 92mm L1a panaflow fan on mine and it it quiet and cools great. 38 CFM Delta has way too much noise. The 92mm Panaflow fan is over 42.7cfm and it is 27dbl.
