Which fan header for Tuniq Tower?

I just assembled my first system in about 4 years. It's my first without stock cooling, so I'm a little unsure of the fan connection. It's an E2160 in an Abit IP35. After I've had everything up and running for a few days, I'll start working on my hoped-for OC of 3.0-3.2.

However, I'm unsure about which fan header to use for the Tuniq fan. The IP35 has the CPU fan connector and an aux connector right next to each other. Which one should I connect it to? Is there any benefit to one versus the other? I suppose I can see the argument either way--more monitoring versus potentially greater fan speed with the manual control built into the Tuniq.

Anyway, I'd appreciate some advice from the experts.

I would use the CPU header as some mobo's get fiesty when a CPU fan isn't detected or it's rpm's are too low.

No advantages I know of when using one vs the other.

If the tuniq fan has an rpm monitor wire you'll be able to monitor rpm's with either header. I'm not familiar with your mobo, but I would think that it's bios fan control would control all headers similiar to Asus's Q-Fan.

Good luck on that OC that'd be mint! if you get those speeds!
