Which faith do you follow?

none, really.

I was baptised a catholic, but my parents didn't try to raise me with "Christian values" and never went to church. I believe in God, I've read and studied the bible, agree with all of the values that Jesus preached, and try to life my life accordingly.

beyond that, I've never given too much thought to organized religion.

I am almsot exactly the same as what Loki described
 
I suggest adding a 'Christian' option. Many Christians do not wish to be labeled Catholic; there are differences.
