Which Entry Level Raid 5 Controller?

i need help choosing an entry level sata raid 5 controller. i currently have an old dell 800mhz p3 that will have raid 5 setup in the future. my problem is that i don't want to spend more than $150 for a raid 5 controller. this puts me into going for used hardware. my current choices are the adaptec 2410SA and the promise s150 sx4. which one is better of the two, raid 5 performance wise?
 
NEVER had any problems w/ Adaptec controllers but Promise is supposed to be right up there w/ Adaptec in regards to quality so you're prolly lookin' at a win/win.
