Which DVD software?

What is the best DVD software for PC? I want one with brightness/gamma features for dark movies.

windvd 3, has lfe decode, DTS, dolby headphones, multispeed playback with normal sound🙂

powerdvd 4.0, its suppose to be one of the best, all the features of win dvd 3.0 (the ones posted) and it used your hardware decoder, if you have a card that has that kind of support
