Which DVD+R media?

I finally used my last RiData DVD+R disc the other day and am looking for more. Should I stick with RiData or are there better options now? I have a Plextor PC-712A. Would like at least 8X media without breaking the bank.

TY if you can get it, worth the extra money and it's the best there is.

E2A: Verbs are very good, i use them but TY are better.

I've bought 3 8x 100pk ridata +r spindles from newegg, and haven't had one coaster. They burn at their rated speed and I can't find much cheaper media. A spindle is $26.99 right now at the egg. If you have had problems with ridata media, then I would highly suggest you find, on the internet, the best media for that Plextor. BTW I use the nec 3540.

I like Taiyo-Yudens as well. My favourite source of those are the Sony 8X DVD+R (Made in Japan) as you can get them pretty much anywhere including Walmart for a reasonable price. I've read that Sony also has their own quality control, so they would have that on top of TY's own quality control.

I can only get TY in 100 disc spindles and paying $60 for one of them (UK so it's really only £45) makes me wince. I used to be able to find fujifilm 8x which were rebranded TY discs, but they died up on me a while back. 🙁
