Which drives, RAID

Can't decide between..

2 x 1.5TB Seagate Barracuda's 7200rpm or
3 x 1TB Samsung F3's

I know Seagate have had a hard time with firmware issues in the past so not sure what they're like atm.

Drives will be used in RAID 0, NAS, Download box.

Don't really want any "green" drives.
