The second one you linked is a BIOS update, NOT a chipset driver update. This (second) d/l is for "flashing" the BIOS. I suggest that you do NOT do this.

AS for the drivers, go to the first link and carefuly choose the drivers you want/need. Some are for other/different OS's. I usually create a cd disk, otherwise you can put them in a file you create (ie named "chipset drivers10172004") and install from there. Hit the .exe file or unzip if necessary and hit the .exe file.

EDIT: A floppy drive is NOT needed for updating the chipset drivers.
