Which drivers did you use for your P4s533?

I have not installed any drivers off of the cd. Everything seems fast and sweet! What is everyone else doing?

you need to install the SiS AGP driver on the CD.
v1.08a was the best version too. 1.07 was good too.
browse your cd for version info.

I used the 109 off the cd and tried the 109f, Couldn't tell any diff with the two so I am running the 109f

THUGSROOK/iihrjin,

What tools or bench (3Dmark2001se) did you use to know if AGP driver increases the performance? I too did not use anything on that CD except System monitor tools. My system seemed to run just fine. But also I don't want to miss out if its faster. 🙂

3dmark2000, 3dmark2001se, Re-volt, Descent3, Q3, STV elite force, X-Isle, Serious Sam 1&2.

i tested the 1.07s, 1.08s, and 1.09s...
the 1.07s are good, the 1.08s are better, the 1.09s were the worst.

THUGSROOK,

Thanks. I'll run some tests tomorrow night. Gotta get some zzzz now.

BTW, would you remember how much of performance increase on 3Dmark 2002se? Are we talking about few 100s? or like 30 points or so? Just wondering. 🙂
Nonetheless, I'll do some of my own testing. 🙂

i dont remeber the exact scores but it looked something like this....
(p4 1.8A @ 2466 137fsb, gf3ti500 250x550)

3dmark2000 / 3dmark2001se

1.07 = 12890 / 9059
1.08 = 12892 / 9078
1.09 = 12601 / 8856

i even verified each AGP driver was installed correctly.
sometimes it would install the driver but not use it.
in that case just reinstall the AGP driver manually from device manager.
