High memory frequency or low memory timings?

Here's the deal, @ 3.0v (not actively cooled so I don't wanna go higher, yet) my OCZ Value VX will do either 240mhz 2.5-3-3-7 or 225mhz 2-2-2-5.

I'm confident I can get the lower timings with a higher frequency when I bump the DRAM voltage to 3.3 or higher, but for now, which would you pick??

Thanks

Of course I need any memory I use to be able to OC to the FSB I want. But I'm partial to LL, all else being equal.

I'd pick 225 and increase the speed by adding more volts and going to 240 😉.
Edit: Actually I forgot. Zebo's guide says that Latency doesn't make that much difference 😉.
