which desktop notes program do you use?

I use a combination of notepad and this: todolist

notepad for temporary notes and todolist for long term to semi long term stuff.

it looks too complicated at first, but it's worth it

Agreed. Very well thought-out application, and integrated well into the Office suite.

Should any user find after he/she has made use of the free trial they'd like to purchase the full version of OneNote, feel free to contact me. I'd be willing to give away a few NFR versions I have floating around.

You need to allow cookies in IE, but lucky for us... no one uses IE for surfing.
