Does the extra $140 justify a bigger screan, more HDD space, and a slightly better Vid Card?

Who knows? You haven't told us what you planning on doing with it yet or how much $140 means to you. If it doesn't mean much go for more. If it means alot tell us what you will use the laptop for.
