Which Defrager?

I've heard the Windows Disk Defragmenter can sometimes do more harm than good...I don't know if this is true... So which program should I use to defrag my hard drive, and where can I get it?

As a total package, you can hardly beat Norton System Works 2001. Check the hotdeals forum, but somebody's reported that you can get it oem for less than $17.

My next recommendation would be PerfectDisk 2000, because it's quick, effective and works for all Windows OSs.

Of course there are illegal cracks and ISOs out there for all these progs, but, as law-abiding citizens concerned with the moral health of the nation (as adumbrated and further canted by our present neo-conservative regime), homey don't play dat.
